HOW WE HANDLE COMPLIANCE

Account Security, Data and Your Rights Under These Terms

We take our obligations under these terms seriously, and the practices below reflect how we operationalise the commitments we make to you.

Data Handling

We collect only the data required to operate your account, process UPI or Paytm transactions, and meet any legal obligations.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on t310.net are used for session authentication, fraud detection, and lobby performance.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available on every t310 account. We strongly encourage you to enable it immediately after registration.

Data Retention

We retain transaction records, including PhonePe and UPI deposit logs, for a minimum period required by applicable law.

Requesting Changes

You may request a correction to inaccurate personal data at any time by contacting our support desk.

Account Termination

Either you or t310 may close an account in line with the termination clause.

Frequently Asked Questions About These Terms

The questions below address the clauses that account holders ask about most often. If your specific question is not covered here, reach out through live chat or email and we will point you to the exact section of the terms that applies to your situation.

We publish all updates to this page and send a notification to your registered email at least 7 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The version of the terms that was live on t310.net at the time the transaction occurred is the version used to assess any dispute relating to that transaction. Your account dashboard records the acceptance timestamp for each version you agreed to.

If a deposit via UPI or Paytm is debited from your bank but does not appear in your t310 wallet within 30 minutes, raise a query through live chat with the UTR reference number. We will reconcile the payment and credit the amount or arrange a refund within 3 working days.

We may suspend an account if we detect a breach of these terms, including identity fraud or abuse of promotional conditions. During a suspension, your balance is held securely. If the investigation concludes in your favour, the balance is released in full.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by submitting a written request to our support desk. We will respond within 30 days. The request must come from the email address registered on the account for verification purposes.

Your eligibility to hold an account and the enforceability of these terms are determined by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm that using t310 is lawful in your specific location before opening or continuing to use an account.

Submit your dispute in writing via the email address in your account dashboard. Include your account ID, the clause you believe was misapplied, and any transaction references. Our compliance team will issue a written response within 10 working days of receiving the complete submission.
